No. Physiotherapists are primary healthcare providers in BC, so you can book directly with us. Some extended-health plans do require a referral for reimbursement - check your policy or ask us and we'll help you find out.

Yes. We direct bill most major extended-health providers, plus ICBC and WorkSafeBC. See our direct billing page for the full list, or contact us to confirm your plan.

Bring your care card (BC Services Card), your extended-health insurance details, comfortable clothing you can move in, and any relevant reports or imaging. For ICBC or WorkSafeBC visits, bring your claim number.

Initial assessments typically run 45–60 minutes so we can properly understand your condition. Follow-up treatments are usually 30–45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.

Under ICBC's Enhanced Care, physiotherapy is pre-approved for the first 12 weeks after your accident - no referral needed. Just bring your claim number and we handle the billing and reports. Details on our ICBC page.

Yes - once you've reported your injury and have a claim number, treatment can begin right away and we bill WorkSafeBC directly. See our WorkSafeBC page for the process.

We provide care in English, Punjabi and Hindi - feel free to book in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
